I helped lead a comprehensive brand transformation for AromaTech, a luxury home fragrance and scent diffusion company — defining its brand architecture, hierarchy, and market positioning to clarify differentiation and unlock growth potential. The work included a refined verbal identity, with tone of voice, key messaging frameworks, and storytelling guidelines to ensure consistency across campaigns, social, and marketing channels.
I also developed the content strategy and messaging pillars that elevated the brand narrative, along with educational copy and product page content designed to enhance the customer experience and support conversion. The result was a brand system that gave AromaTech a more confident, distinctive presence in a category often defined by sameness.
