Mission
Moving clinical skincare from impressive to understood.
Challenge
epi.logic had what most clinical brands spend years building: a practicing surgeon as founder, defensible formulas, and a visual world with real taste. The expertise was never the problem. The opportunity was translation. A strong creative team was speaking in many voices, and a smart, science-first customer needed one clear path from the surgeon's standard to her own skin.
Insight & Vision
The brand is built. Now build the path to purchase. Customer research made it plain: she values expertise and visible results over branding. She doesn't want to be sold to. She wants to be understood.
Storytelling System
I set the four brand anchors (a surgeon's standard, no whitewashing, melanin-literate by design, a considered system) into three content pillars: Proof, Protocol, Perspective. These are told through the brand's own Surface, Shape, Structure™ philosophy. Each channel has a job: social sparks, email guides, the site converts. A seasonal story anchors the quarter, a deep dive anchors the month, and every send and post ladders back to it. Repetition builds equity, and the pillars keep it fresh.
Voice & Editorial
I write the brand's copy across email, site and seeding, and set the editorial voice that carries clinical authority without losing the customer in it.
