Creative senior leader leveraging brand and product storytelling to drive business growth.

Stevie Wilson is an executive brand development and transformation leader specializing in Creative, Brand, and Editorial Direction. With over 15 years of experience, she has played a key role in shaping and driving the creative vision for some of North American’s largest businesses and retailers.

Before starting her own consulting and freelance business in 2024, Stevie spent 14+ years working in the fashion and luxury industries in Vancouver, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. Notably, she was a key player in the creative leadership team at Banana Republic, personally responsible for leading in-house editorial, product education, and content teams. Stevie worked closely with executive leadership to develop a new global creative strategy for the American retail giant during Gap Inc.’s return to relevance, driving brand strategy, copywriting, editorial, and storytelling for Banana Republic, BR Factory, and BR Home. The transformation of this iconic brand towards a more modern, aspirational and quality-led platform is widely regarded as a successful evolution for the Gap Inc portfolio, yielding sustained business growth and customer acquisition.

Stevie also played a key role in spearheading the vision and marketing direction for the innovative Los Angeles skincare clinic and retailer Formula Fig, shaping guest and member experiences, visual merchandising, and branded events while leading the operational structure that supported the team’s day-to-day creative and content work. Her ability to drive innovative, cohesive strategies consistently delivered compelling business results across multiple platforms, including owned and earned media.

Throughout her career, Stevie has held the belief that educating and elevating through aspirational creative is critical: brands should inspire by committing to a strong and unique vision and creative rigor. She continually experiments with new tactics, approaches, and technologies, creating narratives and identities to shape and inform culture.
