As Associate Creative Director of Copy and Content for Article, I developed the brand’s copy direction, tagline, and led brand and content strategy for the DTC home furnisher. In this role, I oversaw a team of writers, product education experts, and content strategists in the development of digital, social, and OOH marketing.
In partnership with Article’s Director of Customer Insights, I led and socialized a new brand positioning platform, investigating and evaluating the company’s market orientation, consumer profiles and demographics, industry trends, and competitive landscape to develop tangible and targeted initiatives to increase brand growth and revenue across North America.
